The room felt tired. floors showed significant wear. Bathroom vanity needed replacement. Noise issues disrupted sleep—a nearby party with loud music and other disturbances made the stay untenable. Had to deal with a $75 call to cancel my extended stay due to these problems.

The king suite was nice, but the noise kept me up all night.

The spacious Standard Suite offered plenty of room to unwind after a long day exploring Cabo San Lucas. I particularly enjoyed the kitchenette—having a microwave and a comfortable dining area made meals easy. Fresh drinking water available on site eliminated the hassle of buying bottled water, which was a nice touch. I loved lounging in the outdoor area with garden furniture. The staff displayed genuine hospitality, always eager to assist. However, the flooring in the suite felt worn, needing updates. I also experienced noise disturbances from nearby parties, which disrupted my sleep. The bathroom vanity could use a refresh too. Overall, the hotel has great potential, just needs a few upgrades to fully shine.

The Casa Palo Verde Hotel is clean and boasts ample space. The staff went out of their way to assist, leaving us feeling welcomed and valued throughout our visit.

However, we encountered some noise disturbances from nearby activities that made sleeping slightly difficult at times. A couple of amenities could use updating as well.

The clean, spacious rooms feature a well-equipped kitchenette, while the inviting communal area and access to beach amenities, like towels and umbrellas, enhance the convenience of your stay.

I stayed for 3 nights, mainly to explore Cabo San Lucas and visit nearby attractions like the marina and the museum. The room had plenty of space which was great for relaxing after a day out. I appreciated having fresh drinking water available on site, so I didn't need to keep buying more. The secure parking was an added bonus for my rental car, making it convenient to come and go as needed.

My wife says that having a kids' play area would have made things smoother.

Great place with lots of space! The Standard Suite had everything we needed, air conditioning, a kitchenette with a microwave, and a comfy dining area. So nice to have fresh drinking water on site. Plus, secure parking made it easy for us. Loved the spa facilities too!
